I just got this from a GM event in PoK where 2 Halflings were on a mission and the mission was to the bank, if you showed them to the bank they gave you a Mum's Pie, Chocolate Ice Cream Float and Wand of Blue Fire

The Halflings went by the names of Tourist_Merim and Tourist_Perom and they responded to regular say and they also got your attention with regular say and emotes

Was pretty interesting, didn't take me long to figure out what they wanted and looking for

Same on Fennin Ro -- Given out during a GM event. Bought it for 50k. Believed to be only 1 per server. Useless to me, but pretty looking item and a trophy to keep in the bank.
