This is for enchanter/bard SoF T1 visible armor upgrades. Combine it with glossy silk <whatever> (or whatever bard armor is called) in a steam core embedder purchased from the Automated Vending Unit II in Dragonscale Hills.

Make sure you have de-aug'ed the items before you do the combine!
