I see an item that would look cool and isn't too bad of a weapon anyway, and I buy it (without fully checking its stats) to find out that no classes can use it.I don't think they should give it a delay/damage if nobody but your enemies can use it. If this didn't have a delay/damage I wouldn't have gotten tricked into buying it. At least I bought it from an NPC instead of finding it in the baazar.
