Is this Tome used just for a single cast... Although I haven t found it either... Seems costly 1400pp for a singe cast and its gone...
the single charge means you only get to learn it once, once you've learned it you'll be able to use it as often as the timer allows. once you learn it the Tome is consumed.

It becomes a Combat Ability once you "consume" it. Memorize it like a spell then check your combat abilities list.
