Oil Can  

 

I'll send in a correction later, but this is NOT the can for Gearing Up, Part VII. I cannot say with 100% certainty, but I believe the can needed for Gearing Up, Part VII is https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=69499 even though the ones shown drop in Dragonscale Hills. I had an oil can from Steam Factory which identified as "An oil can that is slippery" which Tabazin Gearflinger would not take for the quest. However, he DID take an oil can found in Fort Mech with the same icon which identified (as the item I linked) as "A can of oil".
