do these haveto go onto dwerium peices or can they be put on anything?

You can use this in any of the Solo, Duo, or Trio pieces. Dwerium will just give you the max stats for it, when your level 70. Also note, this is a type 11 aug and the trio and duo only have room for one type 11 aug, so unless you want this as the main piece in your jewelry, I'd recommend another type of aug. I'd suggest Taaffeite or Harmonagate, which have must better stats.
