Hmmm... clearly an illegal 3rd party software is used to display the item ID and lore. I'd suggest someone edit that picture or a new one get submitted

Under certain conditions, it is breaking the law. However, I'm doubtful those laws will ever be enforced. Sony is a company, not a country. It's not entirely their fault, although they did have to write up something to prevent more work for themselves. It's mostly the systems fault, not the companies.
