Drops in Katta Kastellum
# Oct 31 2003 at 5:01 AM Rating: Decent
Had one of these drop in Katta a few minutes ago... off of a coterie servant... no caps all lower case... he cons light blue to an unbuffed 56 Beast Lord and he hits like a sissy...

"...and that's all i got to say about that."

There were a number of small buildings in Maidens Eye that held Coterie somethingorother, as well as a lot of Vampyre Bats, easy to get to from Dawshroud peaks, just turn right and follow the wall, you can't miss them. Blue to lvl56

Coterie... wasn't that the name for a group of vampires in the Masquerade games? noticed a quest down there involving vampyre ashes... a not so subtle clue that there are more vamps out there than just the mistmoores now hehe

Yes a coterie is a group of vampires in the game. But I think a coterie may just be another word for allegience.

Definition - A small group of persons who have similar ideas and associate frequently.

Hey.

As per the dictionary:
"A small group of people with shared interests who often do not want other people to join them."

However, in every instance I have ever seen it used, it has been applied to magic users. So like a cabal, or coven.

Probably the most obvious example is Robin Hobbs', 'The assassin's apprentice' books. (If you haven't read them, you really should! *Grin*) Here the coterie are groups of people who use something akin to telepathic powers.

Anyhow, hopefully that's of interest to someone.

AlAaraaf.
