For those looking to Purchase these with Raid DKP and such recognize that these ALSO have shielding +3% and Avoidance +5 on them. These are much better arm's when those 2 key factors are added in

PAY ATTENTION....the items required to receive these armor pieces are found in various zones but the TURN IN NPC is only located in WOS ...so...you can only receive them in WOS

while you need a quest item from Anguish I would not post here that this item is FOUND in Wall of Slaughter :)
WoS is the ONLY place to find this item. Yes, you can find the pieces needed to GET this item elsewhere, but you can ONLY get the Armplates in WoS
Allakhazam is pretty consistent in listing quest items based on the zones in which the guest mobs are found. Remember that a lot of quests, this one included, need drops from multiple zones.

That is incorrect. The pouch needed for this item drops from Ture in Citadel of Anguish. And the other items from MPG. The reason why it's WoS must be because the NPC for the quest is in WoS.
