Considering the items have some nice focus effects and my current leather armour I went through the process of reviewing the effect of obtaining all the items per the request. Considering that my guild is not currently raiding I went with all Tier 1 stats (not sure there really is a Tier 2 set for Beastlords). Net effect after reviewing :
HP went down by 500
MANA went down by 500
AC went down by 77
ATK went up by 4
STR down by 20
STA down by 50
AGI down by 20
DEX down by 10
WIS down by 30
INT up 4
CHA down by 20

so as I have seen in other discussions the effort to obtain these items should be reviewed based on the Focus effects as well as your current armour.

I think it would be more appropriate to explain where your original armor came from. Droppable items from some of the higher level zones, along with mob drops from trash in WoS is not exactly the most difficult progression in the game.

I think the more appropriate response would be to compare the rewards for the quest items with the items that drop from the mobs themselves.

For plate classes, I know my armor blows away stuff like Boots of Slaughter and Armguards of Repentance... however, the legs and chest pieces seem a bit skewed.

should be h2h
# Nov 04 2004 at 8:50 AM Rating: Default
if im not mistaken, for a bst pet, it should be h2h skill, not 1hb.
Target: pet = LAME
# Nov 02 2004 at 6:29 PM Rating: Decent
This is pet only buff talk about useless. I have to go to bazaar and buy some 1hb's for pet everyday if I am gonna get this tunic for it to work? I'll pass thanks

Looks like they changed it to all skills dmg modifier which means all melee I believe as hth,1hb,kick,bash etc etc are all skills. effect is 3 ticks so 18 seconds all in all this is a nice effect if recast is under 15min.
The click effect

Decent BP, it looks like the monk epic 1.0 clicky, you have to click it quite often, so pretty much link it to kick or something like that.

Its really too bad the quest will be too difficult for the reward imo. I already wear better or I would go for it on the effect alone.
Clicky?

What is with this clicky Wild Spirit Infusion? I understand the "Increase 1H Blunt Damage Modifier by 50%" but I don't understand the "Skill Damage Taken(-15)"
RE: Clicky?
# Oct 30 2004 at 12:32 PM Rating: Default
It means that the damage you take is MINUS by 15.

On the actualy spell description you get when you have the item it says.

Spell Effect: Infuses your pet with a wild spirit, increasing the damage it does and decreasing the damage it takes for 0:00:18.

Personally I'm still annoyed other the Epic 1.5 clicky not stacking with Irionu or Rellic, so wonder if this will have major stacking issues. But with a recast time of 5 mins I'd hope it does a decent increase in damage for an 18 second duration clicky =/

it stacks with irionu and GoTB, been using it for a few weeks and i like the slight dps burst it gives.

but seeing as its like our discs if you zone out after using it you need to wait over an hour before being able to click it again, i try to use it when i need it, not just for any random mob that gets in my way.
