Do not get/use this spell. If ur lvl 77.. u should already half Moment of Calm from 75. RK.II form gives u 3660 end while Moment of Calm gives u 3600. These are on the same reuse time. Moment of Calm give u 3600 in 12 sec.. Third wind.. 3660 in 2 min.. Moment of calm reuse time 20 min.. Third wind reuse time 36 min. So if you are a monk.. Think twice before you get this discipline
