have u noticed how the items clerics can use have no mana but the items pure melee use have like 30+ mana and things like that added to em?

To me this looks like "Enchanted Dwarven Ringmail", which means you need to enchant the Metal before you fashion it.
Standard forged armor has no stats in general.
Probably there is also an Imbued version also, which restricts Deity to Brell but adds some Wis and sv magic, just like plate version.

This is the Brell Imbued Dwarven Chain.
There is also a Bristlebane Imbued Dwarven Chain, which gives +3 Agl, +4 Dex & +3 FR on each piece.
There doesn't seem to be an Enchanted Dwarven Chain at this time.

Anyone notice how 'Shaman' is a class able to use this item, but, none of the listed races can be shamans, silly verant..
It's because they just stick a tag on it, it's all plate and chain classes that can wear this. It's just like probably a simple thing for them to click

Anyone know what you need to make these and the trivial?

The only known point about trivials so far is that the bracer is below 244. If I were to take a guess, I would think that the trivials on these were 200+ but I am not sure. The best place to find out more would be the smithing message boards at www.eqtraders.com
