Given the amount of trouble to get the scepter (raid, then win roll)...this effect stinks..sorry but 1000hp or 3 percent...LOL.......in order for it to work that way....to get the full effect of a 3 percent limitation...you would have to have like 33k hp?....or is it 1k hp or 3 percent...whichever is the better number....seems to make more sense...but since i KNOW NO ONE WHO HAS ONE ROFL.....seems tuff to find a reliable answer...if the 3percent is true on a pally with 10.5k buff hp.....well its useless ...but a 1k proc would be great even if its in two ticks, no?..hope this isnt as confused a writing as it feels.../cya

sounds like 3% per heal and maxing at 1000 which should be about 100-150 before any mods so expect no more then 7-10 heals unless your a twink P

Sigh. Which is pretty darn useless. For this to be even remotely useful, it should trigger on *all* hits, not just have a "chance" on each one. It only lasts for 12 seconds. So if I get just a few procs in that time, it was pointless.

3% of my hps back on each hit from a mob would be more balanced. Against most mobs you'd be using this on, that really isn't doing much more then reducing your damage rate. It's still not as powerful or useful as disciplines possessed by virtually every other melee class already. Warrior defensive is still better (and lasts longer!). Ranger WS is still better (and also lasts longer).

If it only procs a couple times in that 12 seconds, then the effect is worse then useless. Exactly how many times when a pally is tanking does he run out of mana? In that 1.5 seconds I spent clicking this, I *could* have simply healed myself for more damage. Pointless...

Do the devs have a clue how pallys work? Doesn't seem like it.

I am a 69th Paladin and I think this BP is great when you are tanking named mobs that hit for over 1k damage, that little 3% Heal Proc in that 12 seconds before the slow is landed can really save your life or if you know the CH is gonna land just that 1-2 second short, this is a life-saver..

This BP have less HP than the Elemental BP but the proc/focus effect is more useful than the elemental one, so I would pick this over elemental, till Time armour tbh..

Remember this is only a Tier 1 armour, and the spell proc does say 'Add Defensive Proc: "Minor" Pious Shield Effect', don't think of it should be an uber armour, cos it isn't meant to be.

OK checked lucy for the spell effect on this bp and its a 1000 hp or 3percent proc increases hp..im assuming it adds that hp as it procs as well...doesnt specify the length of time of the effect tho...
