Not true about people who can kill can get better. I'm in a guild that is just getting the Time raids down to 1 day and we have killed him twice. We are not in Qvic yet so the DoN and RS augs are about the best we can get atm.

There are plenty of better augments in single groupable mobs/misions from OoW, DoN, DoDH.

so if your guild can kill this, you SHOULD be able to get better, and without even raiding to boot.

I disagree. You would be hard pressed to find 20+ augments better than this one from non-raid zones.

I can tell you that back when we farmed this guy, the aug never rotted.

My guild kills this guy all the time. This item has never rotted. Its always an upgrade for someone. Thus far I have not had sufficient DKP to win one. BTW, I have LDoN augs in most of my slots still. Just because my guild can kill a mob, does not mean that the mob will drop an aug, or that I will win it. Plus, I would rate this as a better aug than many of the +90 or +100 single stat augs. I have a + 90 mana aug from Qvic, and a +70 HP aug from Riftseekers. IMO, this is better than either, since it adds both HP and Mana.

depends on if those people have the man power to get to those places, kill the target, AND WIN the

Thus, u'd still be happy with this cuz it is amonst the higher level items.
