The wereorcs in Hills of Shade or Loping Plains?

This comes from the task "I Would Exhume So" given out by Arreles Bonescrounger in the gnome (Bertox faction) camp.

Step 1: Find out who is digging up the graves
Step 2: Kill 4 Wereorc Gravediggers

Both steps 1 and 2 I've reconfirmed, but I forget the exact text then on. It's something like:

Step 4: Report back to Arreles Bonescrounger.
