Ruins of Kunark
I was thinking that perhaps this item and Izera N'Kar (DE Quest NPC in SRo) might somehow be related. However, the NPC is broken as of now, as I understand. I dunno, someone might want to play around with this.
This guy has quest dialogue when hailed. People were training him all over the place so couldn;t get it all out of him. He is a cleric of the Neriak guard. He is performing a duty there while he awaits "my master's" return. "Who is your master" got an icy glare to a erudite, I never got a chance to ask due to him pathing through SF wall. He doesn;t stop when hailed and is quite annoying with everyone training him around, will try to get full dialogue when zone is empty.

One of our warriors a barb got attacked an started to run.. til she conned him an saw he was yellow to her at 38.. so the goodies fought him (evils stayed out of fight for faction hits) the war an drood won.. this dropped.. had a dark elven sk in group but he didnt want it.. I am troll sk worship cazic.. but ya never know.. maybe good quest an MQable.
BTW the goodies in our group claimed NO FACTION HITS on this guy..

This item drops off Vazern lth`Taris a named Dragoon in the overthere, hes is not as high lvl as the other dragoons and is cleric based, went down easy with my 37war with a 36shammy for backup, item is useless but was nice to exact some revenge on a goon
A quest item maybe???
This has to be for a quest. The stats on this item are pretty crappy. Not to mention it's for Dark Elven worshippers of Innoruuk only.

yeah i got that a while ago off a DE in Nek. forest.
i believe she was a Dark elf observer? or some crap like that...*shrug* she was stuck in the bugged tree pathing and so i decided to, uhh, free her. oh and no idea on level, just very green to a lvl 52 (did some DD for under 100, though that may have been from resists).
