Hey Iksar Warriors, they just fixed the Iksar warrior weapon quest that involves this thing.
If you've destroyed your Partisan Pike like I did, talk to Crusader Zixo. He'll give you this book to hand to the Toilmaster. The Toilmaster will send you to do some stuff for him. Do the mundane tasks, and wallah, new Partisan Pike.

Just thought you should know that your Iskar can also wear this on his back, its only 1AC, but it will fill a slot and keep your inventory nice and clear and that helps when its such a large item.
