If you're a BST or ranger, also consider the similar daytime version 'Vestal Insignia'.

The difference between the two is as follows.

Talisman of Werewolf Brain:
AC: 5

I didn't check on it through the whole time cycle, but at:

2am: 25AC/255HP

3am: 25AC/255HP

4am: 25AC/255HP

5am: 25AC/255HP


5 to 6 am: 18AC/191HP


1pm: 12AC/127HP

2pm-5pm: 18AC/191HP

@5pm: 25AC/255HP (checked it when it was still 5pm, but probably seconds from turning 6pm)

So at @6pm, it's maxxed and that probably last till at least midnight game time. I don't know if the stats I got at 1pm is it's weakest point, but betting it probably is. Guessing the changes are around:

6pm-@5am (strongest), @6am to unknown (starts to get weak), unkown to @1pm (weakest), 2pm-5pm (starts to get stronger) and repeat.

edit: the times I have at top with stats are what the stats actually were at those times, the range I put just above this is a guess. Looks like the charm stays strong through the whole night, even when the hours turn to AM and it's weak times are pretty short

This charm is actually called Greater Talisman Of Werewolf Brain...

The stats are correct except for the the str which has 2 heroic points, int also has 2 heroic points, wis has 1, and dex has 1

In addition it also has spell dmg +3

Theres 2 charms. Nameds tend to drop 2 different items with same stats except one item (rare) will have a slot 3.
