I just have to say... WOW that is a really really nice back item... Uncle dropped that mob twice in about 2 hours.. mayb 3.. dropped the cloak.. he has a shaman, druid, and cleric.. lvl 65+... he gets two.. puts one on his shaman.. one for selling.. he's rich as he is so he's crazy for not putting it on cleric... but anyways.. nice cloak.. GRATS for the shaman that gets it

Now goes for 50k on Bristlebane. Interested to see what prices do after the server merge.
Picked it up for 10k this weekend on Povar. I got lucky, I typically see it more in the 30-40k range.
Some people are like slinkies, they aren't really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Why is it Only shamy get this type of effect.. dont get me wrong its great and grats to those of you who got it.. but what about the other Dot casters ? does anyone know of any effect that extends the time of dots that others can use?

Adds 15% to slows, and debuffs as well as all dots. Nice stats, and ft2 to boot.
I've only been to this camp 2 times with a group, killed this guy 5 times. Everytime he has dropped the cloak. Needless to say, this is why the cloak only goes for 25k now, at least on Zeb.

Went there to camp it. Named spawned after one PH and dropped cloak for me.
Not a common drop, saw none drop in 6 kills - the face item dropped almost every time.
