Where is the best place to pharm these blueprints? We have had some of these drop, but recently seem to be having a difficult time of it getting the ones we need. They also seem to ONLY drop from the Gnomes with pants, I have never seen one drop from a Gnome in a skirt, nor a robot thingy. In the Foundry and in the other large area, it appears that it's a random chance as to what model will spawn...
