Drops off random mobs in Ashengate (and probably most lvl 70+ zones). Had one drop off a mob in the east wing. Not sure which one, there was a pile of dead mobs at the time.

I cant remember what it dropped off of but it did. And its VT sells for about 580pp
This, I am told is vendor trash! If anyone knows anything different...please post so that people are not getting ripped off.

Ok after further checking i am told they are VT only have yet to see 1 drop but all i asked say VT.
I have yet to find a use for it . I think people make them to skill up only and are trash afterwards. Checked about 4 different sites and none list any use for them.
