Quit your whining, who cares if the event ended? Besides, I got all the war nodrop stuff anyway. O.-
Which is better? A Skull-Shaped Barbute (13 AC / +35 HP / +10 SVM) I personally like the SSB more but tell me what you think.

AC is King and the extra 35HP and 10MR (PvP)out weigh the 3STR and other stats. Go with the SSB.
They dropped like crazy in EK and RM. Even 10 minutes someone /ooc War helm ....Think all items dropped in most zones from what I saw.

none really dropped in ek on rathe, been looking for one a while, though i have an ssb

I may be a jerk /shrug ,but my purpose was not to end the event but get the better loot.The Werewolf Overlord drops the better loot for the zone and I know a couple of monks that were real glad I killed him. ac20 +10 to all saves weight 1 monk bp.He had 2 of them :) he also drops a +8int with other stats caster neck and tonight he dropped an ac12 str3 wis3 pally helm.Besides the event starts over a couple hours later and runs quite a bit before he even pops.It's one thing to complete the quest when you can sit and wait awhile but he is one tough and very agro critter if the high levels don't kill him he kills alot of low levels. He is level 40 btw but has a ton of hps for his level.My group took him for 10k hps and there were 2 other monks and a mage attacking him.Any ways we are not jerks just after loot same as you.We are just higher and need better loot :)

Um...well, isn't that really the purpose of the overlord? People yelled at us in EK not to kill the ghoul guy but come on. That's like putting together a jigsaw puzzle and saying, "No! Don't put that last piece in! No!!!"
Yah, ***** dem little crybabies whining about "don't kill the Warlord" in WC.
Keep the warlord alive so's you can continue to farm yer cheeze? Well, you're sitting there, squabbling about KS'ing, bottom feeders, and people getting to one of the GM no drops before you do anyway. So, why should anyone do you any favors?
And maybe the warlord like aggro'd on someone. What? Ye just want them to just stand there and get beat on to continue the event? Sorry kiddies, it don't roll that way. Come back later when the event restarts, haveaniceday.
All of this should be over and done soon. What won't be over and done are the dishonorable individuals who let these temporary events permanently ***** up their reputations with their fellow EQ'ers.

Finishing a jigsaw puzzle won´t ruin the fun for hundreds of people. Finishing the GM events that are now going on, will. As Gudeldar the Mighty wrote before me: Jerk!

Event ended before a warrior that cold use it could get to it though - so it's just a good old drop off of any old thing
I need this item for my lvl 22 warrior!!!..sweet helm!! what event did this drop in?..and which mob?????
