I think the lower lvs are missing the complete greatness of these events. I have a lv48 wizard and a 23 bard. My bard is quite twinked, but come halloween, i stuffed all my twinked gear in the bank, threw on some bamboo armor and bronze katana's and got myself a teleport to NK. i proceded to sk, lake rathe, arena, got a bind, back to lake rathe, then RM. Once there, i just went off to the side and waited. Within an hour, i walked out of there with a flameweaver(13dmg 26dly 5str 110dmg dd.) While there i saw people oocing all the cool drops they couldnt use with the locs. The lv60s who were "ksing" were basically giving away what they couldnt use, most of it. If you were smart, you could have gotten somethin special.
ok, it may be good, but think about it? Not everyone can get this, myself included, so you know what I'm going to do about it????? NOTHING! i'm going to sit back and keep on killing all my little goblin buddies in High Keep and not even worry about East Karana. That's what us newbie's have to do.

I got him with a single group with two level 60 Warriors, 55 Monk, 60 Cleric, 51+ Mage, and a 51+ SK on the Innoruuk server.
Easy fight, but the monk died. We got a crappy 9ac Pally Cloak and 12ac Pally Helm and 3 sellables.
My only complaint with the fight was that it was hard to find out where to hit it from, since it moved a lot on us. I kept gettng the too far or cannot see target message.

Ive done a few sessions running round madly killing stuff in EK and havent seen one of these drop, and I have seen almost all the other loot listed, so I think you need to hunt some of the named halloween mobs to get this one.
I thought I had all the Halloween loot I wanted till I saw this. Nice resists!!

You would think there would be some + str for and item called the collar of might.
at 48 my rogue has 157 and with buffs and bard song capped without any trouble so odds are most wars have closer to 200 then i do unbuffed and then after shammybuff they are capped so i dont think the str is that important on this guy
and maybe it is talkin about the resists cos they look Mighty nice for a neck slot

I think 15 svfire, disease, & magic is pretty mighty... especially considering how easy the fights to get them probably have been.

Oh yes, easy fight. Blood Reaver quads for 500, has a huge 500 point AoE and AoE fear to top it off.

Blood Reaver hits for 150 max, slowly, maybe doubles. Has a 500pt cold (I think, might be fire) AOE, very weak Dragonroar (fear), and procs Soul Consumption, a 500pt life tap.
A single group of 50+ who had any idea what they're doing wouldn't have too much trouble with him.

I would love this item for my warrior its a pity verrant didnt think to have one of the event zones on kunark but hey i'll just have to go to EK for one of these :)

I was in the even on Veeshan in EC, me being only 35 had absolutley no cahnce of getting any loot, there where for the entire time i was there atleast 20 + 60 cahrs in the zone (most being wizards) able to drop the HG's in just under 3 seconds so, i just ran around killing bears and crap waiting for "fluffy" but if i would have seen anything like this item man, wish i had made a warrior those Svs are Madly insane to to metion Str and stuff so whoever got this should be greatful
