I switch between an orc fang and this when I need the extra resists. It also gives that little extra bit of dex that gets the weapons procing even more...

I traided out my 7dex/agi for this...droped my dex/agi a bit, but upped my ac/str/attk.../shrug i like it

I was in EK in a group, when sombody i know told me that he had killed a mob and it dropped this. Its ok, but i dunno, this or my Golden Black Pearl Chocker (7agi 7dex)?

I'd say neither. Toss the BP choker, hang onto this amulet for resists, and get yourself something with AC. Ry'gorr, orc fang, chipped velium amulet, even a collar of undead protection from uguk.
