i got this for my guildie friend in the GM event in Rathe mountains moments after getting this i went to pull some drakes and was killed by the freakin Blood Reaver :( i hate that B!+(#.
I was both in EK and RM. Undead mobs in RM saw invis, in EK not. Btw, I have this sash too, nice item to have :) along with 2 rings, 2 bracers, tome and cloak. Got almost all caster equipment that dropped, besides robe and necklace.

Thats right, there is an ITU spell, hence in my post, I stated that I used it *shock horror*. I said that undead = see invis, NOT see ITU. THERE is a difference.
Not all the mobs there were undead. There were horses and gargoyles that weren't undead and saw through ITU... So lets go back to the original post and I quote "I am level 20 and didnt die once, nothing sees invisi, i got all three drops".
There is NO generic spell that makes you invis to both UNDEAD and LIVE mobs. So, if you had ITU, then you would have been exposed to the live mobs and if you had normal invis on, then undead mobs would have been able to see through.
So seriously, you should look at your quote at the end of your post before posting.
This is a Fairly Uncommon drop in EK along with the Drake scale Braclet from my Exp...i cam across mant tomes and Rings but only 1 sash and Braclet in 2hrs of fighting
I am level 20 and didnt die once, nothing sees invisi, i got all three drops. To die ten times you have to really have some poor skills, dont run around with your pet up for one thing, the 55 plus level people are killing everything for you to loot, no reason to run around and die, haha,
Nothing sees invis? Half the things in rathe are undead. Undead = see invis.
I myself died 3 times, also due to the blood reaver and its 500pt aoe nuke.
1st time: Was chased by it, after it agroed on someone then it came onto me. Got blasted by the aoe (took out my shielding due to it debuffing me). Down to only about 200 hps, refired jboots and ran away. It agroed onto some others there. I hid and medded at Med rock. After a few mins, I had a strange feeling, stood up, looked around and there it was. Chased me again, hit me for some small nuke (27 pts), chased me towards the named beetles area when I noticed with jboots, I wasn't getting away from it... then Boom. Hit by the aoe. Dead.
I was rezzed by a nice cleric in LR zone.
2nd time. Was medding while ITU'd. Someone ran past with the bloodreaver in tow, I got plastered by its aoe. Ran out of the way, recasted ITU and ran to the zone. Just sat down near the zone and started to recover when someone pulled the BR to the zone again. I was hammered by its aoe (it was on top of the cliff/wall and we didn't see it). Died.
3rd time. I was rezzed by a very swamped OoM cleric. As soon as I zoned through from the Lake to my body, I found out that the BR had been trained again. With only 2 bubbles of health and unable to move (due to the rez effects), I died due to its aoe.... again. Alive for 5 seconds and then dead *sigh*.
The same cleric rezzed me 4 mins later. Not a nice thing to happen to ya thats for sure heh.
I got this sash in EK from a Phantom in the canyon. Nice item, better than the giant snake spine belt but with no ac.
dying 10 times was often when I was invisible and the blood reaver appeared with me just inside his AOE... for what it's worth, I don't care if you didn't die, did die, or dyed your fine steel longjohns...
I was trying to relate my experience and fill in as many details as I could... if only the great and wise people (like the one you say you are) would post up information, we poor slobs who play to relax wouldn't have to annoy you with our posts on these boards... I don't have any proof you didn't die, I don't have any proof you did die... but more to the point...
No, I don't care enough to explain my point...
*smiles* For those reading this, I'd say it was a fun, if chaotic event week and it's unfortunate that some people didn't get everything they wanted. I will however say that if it continues until tomorrow, there is always hope... and more events to surely follow.
In the last few days, my plans of making plat in Rathe off HG's has gotten blown all out of whack..
The entire zone has been converted to an ongoing quest/GM event called Nightfall Haunting. Instead of bugs, there are spectre-type mobs, gargoyle-type mobs, and undead-dragon-type mobs. In general, most things con at or below even to 35th Magician (lost 36th from the Blood Reaver... Jumped clear out of my equipment 10 times *sighs*). For the most part, pretty easy.. with a lot of exp-greens and low blues.
There are named spectres/gargs/etc which seem to have a better rate of drop on all items, but the entire zone is randomized for drops.
The downside (and cause of MANY train-related deaths) is the Blood Reaver... about twice the size of the (apparently) 33-37 bloodbone drakes, which current wisdom states is a 60th Dragon (spells resisted unless cast in Melee range, 500 AOE cold effect, dragonfear, Immune to root/slow, etc). It seems to have a nack for chasing down characters on it's way to zone and totally offing the rez stations set up in rathe..
I can't vouch for other classes, but I know the 3 int-caster drops I've seen have been a bracelet, a robe (7 int, 20 mana, Gown of the something), and this 4-int sash.
I have been told (not by a GM, player-rumor) that the event will continue until Monday, November 5th. It can be paused (all mobs despawn, normal mobs for rathe appear) for 2 hours by completing the uber-quest (something to do with turning in talons, supposably to a rare spawn priest or somesuch). I have not seen this happen because the drops come fairly quickly and there is much shouting of Item X at -xxxx by +yyyy.
Just remember, the Blood Reaver has gotten me 10 times in 2 days... and most of the time, I didn't even have time for a screenshot, if I saw it at all.

PS - Got all but the sash... have a 4 int belt.. NEVER going back until the Rathe Mountains Pizza delivery HG's come back :)
I got mine from the event in EK. Didn't seem to drop as frequently as some of the other caster items, but if you are patient you should be able to get it here. Other pure caster items dropping there include a cloak, bracelets and rings. After getting all these I ran to RM and picked up the robe (after stumbling over the many corpses littering the LR/RM zone boundary).
