Shard dropped off a Thought Horror. I went across the Invisible Bridge on my way to the Thought Horror Overfiend. 6 mobs in got the Shard Drop.

Dropped from 'a rock burrower' in the third wave of Burrower Beast event. It drops off anything in the zone, just like every other silverwing shard.
