I'm not sure how this card is rewarded.

Just got this last night for 30 event passes... Great illusion. If you have intimidation, use it. You fly up in the air, like the mobs in RSS when they are casting. Pretty cool.
*edit- Found that if you are melee, any proc makes you fly in the air, so casters would have a blast with this illusion.
