It CAN be clicked from inventory, it IS unlimited charges, and IF you are considering it's value based on melee.. you are wrong... just my 2cp worth....

With the patch in December, the recast delay dropped to 2 minutes. And either then, or with the patch on January 27th (really wasn't paying attention :P), this item is no longer "must equip" to click.

OMG who cares about the clicky.....without the clicky this is still a tough weapon. Any necro would be very happy to get this.
Heh, the point of item right clicks used to be a nice infinitely usable spell that was limited only by casting time. Now with this expansion they've found a way to even *** that up. Worthless morons...

You're right, they should all be instant cast with no recast delay. We should all be invulnurable too and spawn GoD geared when we create a character.

It is not 3 charges it is like a mod rod it has a insane recast timer.

Horror lasts 30 secs. Takes 2 secs to cast spell... lets do the math.
May want to do ALL the math, 10 minute RECAST
