As to Traask "nothing worthwhile" hmmm some really good items dropped.for the Warrior how about the the sword 12dmg 26dly +3 str +3 sta, proc does 176DD? The WAR belt ac10 +6 str and some other stats, The fine Steel Bracer ac8 +5 str and I think Dex. For the lvls of mobs you had to kill to aquire these items, loot was pretty darn good in my opinion. I agree the Rogue items were not as good as some of the other classes, but I swapped my Rogue's Ravenscale helm for this cowl. Yes the bard mace was nice, but so was the monk mask AC10 with stats <---wow the SK cloak ac10 with stats, the caster sash, the CLR,DRU,SHM belt just to mention a few.

Some VERY nice items dropped for this GM event. Some of the really nice ones were the bard weapons and wis and int caster items. I do think that the items for each class were just a bit unbalanced though. It seems that rangers, then rogues got the worst deal outta every class. Only even decent ranger items where the earring which was pretty rare and the cloak. For rogues the cloak was also pretty good and this head item was decent. Other then that it all sucked in comparison to the other classes items. For example the priest class belt or earring.... those i saw lvl 50+ trying to get and are better then 80% of the gear available to them. And for bards.... they get 2 weapons with 2.0 damage ration and 10 str on sword and 5 on other. Freaken awesome. It sucks how much some classes got screwed =(

Seems Edano, who so liberally paints his name on the items he sends in, has his name on several class only items from different classes, including rogue and bard, all dropped during the GM event. I'm sure he deserves the benefit of the doubt that he tried to find a player of these other classes in the zone to loot the item before he looted these no-drop items himself.
Totally agree...He obviously is looting everything he can for his 2 seconds of fame on an equip website.
OR he could have right clicked the items without looting them and taken the picture :P Don't jump to conclusions folks!

Sorry to disappoint you, but the only items I looted during the event were those I could equip. Every other piece of equipment I tried to make sure someone who could use looted.
To get these screenshots I took pictures of the stuff while still on the corpse (that's why the icons are like those when you right click on a corpse, not like those in the Velious inventory.

Not only were the Rogue items less than desired, with the exception of the Warrior Amulet, there was nothing worthwhile.
The Bard weapon is pretty awesome tho'.

Rogues really got gypped in this event. Every other class got an item they actually use except Rogues. The cowl of shadows was okay, I suppose, if you are below like, level 30. The rest was pure crap. 2 ac necklaces with minor stats (there were 2 different rogue necklaces, both sucked), 5 ac gloves with minor stats, and that was about it. The gloves came from WC, one necklace was from EK, and the other necklace and the cowl were from Rathe. The gloves were called fish-netted, so naturally I looted them ;), but to my dismay I found that they had no graphic.

Yup, there sure was. And unfortunately for my rogue, he got to the named spot as it rotted. I was running my **** off trying to get to it because some kind people shouted out for it. Got caught up for a few seconds fighting a phantom in the corridor. That was just enough time to watch it go poof in front of my face.

Not too bad, but i am sure the hassle to get it was not worth it. And besides, there are alot of better things.

This stuff was dropping off mobs with 300hp. If nice items were dropping I would have felt cheated. The fact that the mob in EK and RM had almost exact loot tables I felt annoyed killing mobs with 2-4k and getting same loot as ones with 700.
