Added Aggro
# Aug 27 2006 at 10:28 AM Rating: Decent
This weapon's proc has additional aggro over top of the stun/dd proc. It uses a bonus hate value. If you look at the raw data in Lucy it is listed as bonushate of 900.

So, you have all the aggro of a stun+dd like CS4 and an additional bonushate value of 900 for the proc. That makes this a highly attractive weapon for warriors.

Drop Rate?

Does anyone know the drop rate on this? Does it drop a dime a dozen like the Ranger Blade? Dark Glint or rare drop? OUr guild has been farming time for 3 months and 3 Dark Blades or Warlords have dropped

Well on 3rd or 4th try we won Uqua. Got Fleshbiter off of Barxt, drop rate was ok for the little amount of time we spent their. Killed Construct twice for 1/2 and Barxt once for 1/1 droprate, so who knows with that little information. We got 2 Breastplates also.

Stun only effects mobs up to level 55, considering the amount of time and level of difficulty it takes to get into Uqua, you'd think it would effect up to level 68 mobs. Most Time weopons with a stun do this. Even other weopons in Gates with a stun do so also.

resisted stuns generate more agro than stuns that land... so as far as a warrior is concerned, whoopty F'in doo if it stuns the mob the are fighting or not... also, stun hate scales based on a mobs hp... so if your fighting a million hp mob.... it generates a TON of hate...

not as agood as a BBoB, but still better than a DBoW

resisted stun...
# Jul 22 2005 at 5:26 PM Rating: Default
actually there is no parse confirming a resisted stun is more agro, find one then il believe you.
RE: resisted stun...
# Aug 08 2005 at 3:10 AM Rating: Excellent
theres no way to parse it anyway, its based on statements made by devs. however thru parses we can be sure that resisted stun = landed stun at minimum, tested it.

matter of fact, EoE pulls so much agro on time mobs when im not tanking, i have to bag it. and its stun is resisted while the CS4 aug on my dps wep is not...

uhhh slick... Darkblade of the Warlord is not as common as you think, only like i think its 8 exist on RN server atm, different guilds, so yeah this would be incredibly nice, its got riposte mod too :P

Lame Proc

Proc sucks on this,

Stun only effects mobs up to level 55, considering the amount of time and level of difficulty it takes to get into Uqua, you'd think it would effect up to level 68 mobs. Most Time weopons with a stun do this. Even other weopons in Gates with a stun do so also.

The rest of the stats are on par with the zone, but with that proc leaves it a little disappointing. As a warrior, you'd generate more aggro with Saryrn's 1hs than with that weopon. Rather have the better aggro than 60 more hps in that slot.

Proc was upgraded with yesterdays patch. Proc is now Static Blow. Basicly the same proc, except it now works on mobs up to level 65.
