I've had my eyes on this for a long time now, and no matter how long I survey the /trade channel, I have NEVER seen these for sale. Do they still drop, or do people just not want to sell them?
Finally got this item. I think my buyer (still don't have SoL cause I'm poor) paid 4k or maybe 3500 for them. This was only the 2nd one of these I've seen in 6 months.
Trying to up my DEX gear and always looking for resists, so this is a nice score.
Just an FYI, not a flame. I did lvls 58 to 60 (for one char) in the new chard and have seen nearly every item drop at one point of another INCLUDING these. They are real and posted correctly. I cant confirm what dropped em I just dont remember and since I have no rogue I really didnt care beyond noting the resist stats.
There are at least 4 items I can think of off the top of my head that have more than just poison disease saves and Tribal warboots (sp?) come to mind. Instead of worrying about getting the camp for XX items, why not just go in and explore and see what happens.
Its alot more fun to crawl around than to argue about what mobs went to what camps/loot tables.

/agree
excellent post.
I am currently lvl 52 and have need roaming around in Chardok with some friends ranging from 50-59, we hase seen awesome random loots and have hit a few named guys. But by FAR have had beeter loot and more fun just going up and down one area or another. in a month I have seen 5 shields, jagged blade or mourning, earing of station, lots more! If you want loot/ep/fun without a long boring camp, GO HERE.
I think I know the pre 50 game very, very, very well by now. I'd like to welcome any from Fires of Heaven to Cazic Thule for a best of the best tournament of our own, friendly of course.
I just don't believe you people are that great like all this crap goin around about you people always seems to suggest.

I only wish there was a guild as comparable on Luclin, we have a few nice ones..but not that largly uber. and to the LoH who was kind enough to post this..thankyou very much..please ignore the spam.

They're on the Veeshan server tho, I believe, so you couldn't have a tournament with them unless it was BotB or ToT or something like that. Besides, they'd probably wipe the floor with you, they've all got level 60s. However, in my opinion, FoH is not the best guild out there. I think that award goes to Afterlife on Mithaniel Marr. They're some bad dudes.
Hahaha, this is just hilarious. I'm going to be hypocritical now and say something complete off topic, because this post was just too funny. FoH is better and more talented then you can even imagine. The pre-50 game means absolute crap once you hit the endgame... everything changes. You can never enact skills (except maybe, umm /assist) that you use in the hands room in KC at anything, lets say N ToV. You're dealing with timing, strategy, pushing techniques, avoiding AoE's, dispells, mana sieving, nuking, aggro at 40% life, enraging, ripostes, aggro control, discipline choices, healing choices, and more then you could ever imagine on most of these mobs in a single fight. You have to bring your game to nothing that LGuk prepares you for. I can't really imagine how good they must be, b/c they've lead the way for stuff that is damn hard to kill even AFTER you learn how to kill it.
For something on topic, nice resist shoulders for my rogue. FR and DR generally are the least needed resists, especially in experience groups.

I dunno what server they are on, but who are you to ask them to come to Cazic Thule just because you don't think they are good? Those things are planned and coordinated by VI (botb tourney's), you can't just ask people to come to your server. Unless they are on Cazic Thule, then I am wasting my breath, but they are one of the "best" guilds in eq in the matter or raids and finding equipment. What item's have you sent in so far? Would like to see them (I have sent in none because I am in a small guild, but I am critisizing you).

And most of them have a title and championship ring from when they won BoTB, both individual and Tactics. I mean, one of their BARDS have 3500hps self buffed...
Spent the last 2 weeks in Chardok, haven't seen this item yet. A few facts about Chardok...
1. All good items are LORE tagged. 2. Resists are confined to POIS and DIS only (as far as I can tell) 3. Most named mobs have been killed since the revamp multiple times, and I have NEVER heard anyone talk about this item.
Can anyone (or two) confirm this item does exist and if so off what mob?
Another new item from chardok. Alot of stuff is rare drops off common mobs, some is off named mobs. Am sure there will be new items cropping up for the next few days/weeks as people continue to comb and kill mobs over and over.

Like that Iksar Hide Manual. You can have 3 copies on you... Also I have seen items drop that I haven't seen here on Allakhazam. Like that range slot item.. neg 10cha, 10sv all. Range slot.

Pretty amazing, but I'd have to say it's around 5-7k or LESS. Wait wait, don't argue just yet. Think about it. One Rogue in the group. NBG Looting, Rogue gets the Mantle. Next day, Rogue shouts, LFG Blah blah, gets group again, Mantle drops AGAIN, he gets it because it is NBG looting and NOT LORE. See the point? Incredible. When you get this high, almost nothing is not Lore. You could make tons of PP just off of one item/zone/mob.
Come on! We're rogues we're used to paying huge amounts of pp for less than this. Being rogue only with just the ac, sta, and dex would make it worth more than that. Add the svs and oh baby! I can forsee a trip to RM to "pick up" a bit of cash.
I'm a resist buff (at least when I play my rogue) and this is the one item that I can uprade from my Bloodstained mantle! I can't stand losing mr, and minus 10mr on shoulders would suck even more so thats why I have them when the rest of my equip is worth 20X the ammount of them (bs mantle). This would just totally kick *** for my rogue, so how about some comments on the price?
