Posted: Feb 16 2004 at 10:10 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) So Soul Fury is 3 mana a tick very nice. So if you have FT 15 and are capped will this add 3 more as it is not FT? Thus giving you 18 mana a tick? Just makes sense that it would stack with the FT and not cap with it as it isn't actually by name FT. Just a delema I have been pondering for a while now.

Regardless of the name, any worn mana regen is counted towards the 'FT' cap.
If you have FT15, Soul Fury will not increase your worn mana regen to 18.

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I have seen far too many of these uber items with huge amounts of stats. Back in the days of kunark to early PoP, I normally say, "Wow! Awesome item, something to look forward to!" But there are just too many items like this that have so many stats it doesn't even register how uber they are, and many (including me) know they are far out of our reach and we will likely never get them. So many, nobody really feels like saying anything about them.
How do you get a rating of good, and Guru when you make stupid posts like this? Have a couple of loggins and follow yourself around rating your own posts?
Each expansion brings new loot that will be superior to the last expansion. Its called Everquest after all, and the continuous improvement principle is what keeps most people playing. This is a unique item, like most items it has pro's and con's. To a lot of people all this stuff is "uber" loot. To the people who can actually attain it, they will be looking at it carefully in line with what they already have and trying to create a good balance with their gear.
