No known use for Natural Spinneret Fluid.
When they added these to the game, there were a whole series of Ores, Silks, Pelts, Loams, Marrows and Spinnerettes.
After they added them, they modified the entire set, as they were intended for "culturally" related combines.
So, while the Silks, ores and Pelts can all be used to make templates, only certain ones can be further made into actual armor.
Marrows, Loams and Spinnereetes, however, are ony used in those limited final combines for the final cultural armors (silk, leather and chain/plate) and or the related Augmentations.
This means that most of the loam, marrow and spinnerette types are 100% useless. They wont even tribute or sell to a vendor.

Grieg's End seems to be a great source for this. Looted half a dozen in less than 30 minutes off the lower level mobs before the gate
