Great upgrade from my Issued Scout Helm...to bad you can't see it. I constantly get messages that I forgot to put on my helm, the upside is everyone thinks I look like Mr. Clean.

Cry because it sucks or cry because it's nice?
Personally, for the required level(50), it's fairly nice. However, stat-wise it is no better than ornate armor and certainly nowhere near the level of PoTime helms. You'd be better of farming molds in Tower of Solusek Ro (if you have access) or saving your plat and buying a mold in the bazaar.
