youch sorry to hear that you guys spent 2000 bucks and didnt see this. I bought 22 booster packs and got this one on about the 18th pack. I play a troll and this thing is BIG!

Ay, I was very fortunate as well. I bought 1 booster pack to enable trade and tournaments. Then I wanted to buy three more packs but, I accidentaly bought 6.
When I opened the 6th pack there was a chimera mount at the end. Not sure what I will do with it yet but, I feel for those who burned 2k to get one.

Everyone's ever been to WoS has seen a Chimera. Well, here's a screenie of the mount version anyway! By far the best-lookin mount on the market :)

Dont know about you guys but my friend bought 20 boxes yes almost 2000 dollars worth of packs and he didnt get a chimera. That was the only thing he was looking for. Although he probably now has more xp potions than he will ever be able to use.

But with all of the other loot cards you'd have gotten you could easy trade for a Chimera mount in the posted trades section.

One thing I have noticed is that being of a larger race, there are a lot of places that you can't reach unless you are shrunk. Also, if you gate while on one, and the place you are heading to might have a low hanging ceiling, you may arrive and be dismounted. It looks like the snake head tail adds to your height enough to cause some problems at times.
That being said, I am loving this. With all the tells I am getting, and all the referrals I am making towards Legends of Norrath, hoping that maybe SOE kicks me some commission <grins kidding>.

I beleive it came from Legends of norrath the online tcg game, which is availabe thru the EQ button, if you were signed up for beta
