Available from the Scary Scarecrow Monthly Scenario in LoN , that tends to come around each Halloween now.
Got one of these and it is just basicaly an aura with a cha boost.I did notice if you click it off your buffs it stays where you were standing.lol.Was fun for about 5 minutes.cant see using it as my cha is already at like 350.May be handy fer a chanter though.
Lasts for an hour on my shammy but he has some crazy ext buffs.probably like 30 minutes with no aa's or gear.

Please tell me that this is NOT a damage shield...would be totally worthless to me as an Enchanter. Any one know for sure?

ive got it and have not noticed any DS... im a shaman so i take hits once a while :-)
personally i think it'd be a better item if it did have a DS but like i said thats only cause i take hits once in a while...

Got this card in my starter set of LoN... kinda cool... like it says surrounds u in flames ill take a screenshot and try to upload it
update:
visual effect wore off when i zoned.. but buff icon and CHA increase was still there... CHA increase was 34 points for me at 68...
update again (lol):
visual effect stays on even if u click off buff icon... i assume it lasts as long as u stay in same zone
