I can't believe the garbage being said here. You all must be like 6 year olds.
To all of you flamers know this. This is not a weapon intended for a melee class. This is a casters weapon. The small INT stat makes it very atractive for a low -mid range INT based caster, such as a Wizard or Chanter. I would say that 100pp - 200pp is a good price for it.
Now if you are a melee, you shouldm't event consider buying this weapon. Get a Walruss tooth. It has less delay 22 and I think the same STR stat. Nough said

Picked up one today from a merchant in the bazaar for 58pp...it is Primary ONLY...all other info is correct

You are asking way to much. I only posted this publically because I know that you will NOT be selling it any time soon so I can leave it up here. The stats are pretty crappy. I would MAYBE give 100pp for this. The walrus tooth is a better item and sells for 75pp MAX. Just to let ya know.

Such is life of an enchanter, typical lack of chanter items. Although this is really not an item with good stats, hardly do I find items for chanters with any real good stats.

Yeah... wait until you get to 20 and realize your meleeing ain't worth crap.
Or how about you wait until you're 50+, oom, and the only thing left to do is melee...
do you know that in an (almost) failed dragon raid, the last one standing was a cleric, who beat the last few hps of the Dragon... i guarantee you if he didn't have his 1HB maxed, it would have gone the other way.

hehe well i dont know how well this wep would match a lvl 50 considering its onl 2y int/wis... plenty of other weapons out there that are much better. And i know that if my mob isnt frenzied I am NOT gonna make a melee attempt at it, lvl 53 druid or not, a grifenne would own a 60 caster in melee only

Have to agree with you on that on. Pure casters except shamans and clerics have no business meleeing ever.

Yes, or wait until level 40 and find that green skeletons still try to beat you down crossing through Commons.
Casters don't typically melee during combat, true enough, but that doesn't mean that melee is totally useless to a finger-wiggler.
All that said, this isn't just a terrific dagger even for a caster. There are some better ones out there -- but if it's better than you're using, it's a passable upgrade.

Does 400pp sound insanly expensive to anyone else? I bout one of these off a guy for 40pp, i was then told by about 10 other people that i was ripped off? I was i just lucky?

If you only paid 40Pp I feel you got a good deal, everyone claims this dagger stinks, I think it is a ok weapon for where its attained...

I haven't been around all that long but 100pp seems more like it to me, I doubt it would go lower than that though. And I doubt it would go higher than 200pp, and since it is listed as uncommon I'd say it'd probably be low and mid of that range. I've never camped it myself so I can't be sure, and it does change across the servers.

I just got two of these last night and if they were changed to LORE, they're back to non-LORE. I'm carrying two of them around at the moment just because so many of the damn things dropped.

I had one of these in the off hand of my rogue so i log in on 2/24 to find out this item is now PRIMARY hand only.When i /petitioned a GM i was told "This item has ALWAYS been primary only"
The funny thing is that i have a friend with a bard who was using it offhand as well and his poofed on him.So i guess i am just lucky.Oh BTW when asked if i could find out why this was done i was told to report it as a bug??? and they would get back to me.I played 10 more hours and never recieved any more info.Thanks for the ******** Verant

I had two of these with my Ranger, and after the patch, I could only use it in my primary hand as well. The GM did not know about the change to this item, and he was giving a carbon copy answer to a question he didn't know the answer to.
IN ADDITION, the Sticker is now a LORE item. So if you had 2 of these for trade skills, one went POOF!
