Why with all these posts has nobody including Alla mentioned where and who this drops from? That would be handy. The rest of these posts seem pointless.
I found this BP simply didn't stay with me that long, as there are better ones out there that are a tad easier to get, like an LDON BP. But this was still a very keepsake. Plus, with the new epics coming out, it is worth getting.
I think it needs to be bluntly pointed out that this is not so much of a drop but a mini quest or step within a quest. You don't simply find the earring on a corpse, you actually loot "Head of Glohnor" and turn that in. Which requires the step directly before that in the epic quest in order for the Mummy of Glohnor to spawn.
this one, like the bp Will of Innoruuk are nice. Just do the steps in the hole 2 times, leaving one copy on a body to come back and loot later.

So you can only do it once. Plus this item comes a fair bit down the line in the quest, and it's just not worth doing the whole thing twice anyway.
I think it depends on HOW you do the IC quest. People who do the book part over and over again ruin their truespirt faction, if I recall correctly from the SK boards.
You are incorrect sir. Your True Spirit faction remains the same once you have completed the quest. As well, you do not need to do the first part once again, as you allready have the faction required. You just need to get another Cell Key and kill Kyrenna and the Mummy of Glohnor again. Both of those steps are quite easy as well. Perhaps you should do a little research next time you shoot down someones idea. ;)
No, your TS faction changes when you get Innoruuk's Curse. Some swear you become KoS, however I was apprehensive when took the faction hit and when beginning the quest steps to get the Will of Innoruuk and the Head of Valiant again, I was still apprehensive.
During the quest for IC, I ran 20 notes from Marl to Gerot. This enabled me to skip the evil Ratman Guard step in Hole. I am guessing that this helped me stay apprehensive. HOWEVER, upon trying to start the quest over again, I still wasn't a high enough level of apprehensive to get the proper response from Gerot that lets you know your faction is high enough to begin the quest for the Will of Innoruuk and the Head of the Valiant: "Oh xxxxxx, you are my hero..."
All I did was do part of the shaman epic to fix my faction. 5 times I carried the gem from the Lesser Spirit in BB (see shaman quest) to the shaman in the North Freeport tunnels. I had a friend invis me after I opened the trade window and all went well. After 5 times, Gerot was telling me that I was his hero which meant I had the faction needed to do the quest again.
