my bard finally got enough weight reducing bags to get his weight to around 65/250 when not carrying loot. with 64/250 weight, he gets:
HP/MP 66/85. AC 9.
Sta 9
Int 14
Wis 14
Agi 14
Dex 14
and Mana Regen: 4... and at weight 131/250, he gets mana regen 3 and slightly reduced stats. the change from FT4 to FT3 occurs right at 100 weight.
in conclusion, if you have weight redux bags, need mana regen over hp regen, and can get your weight down to 150 or less, get the coin.

if you have problems keeping your weight down just go to Sol A buy 8 Bags of the tinkerers 10 slot 100% reduction 1 stone each 5250pp per bag off merchant in the gnome fort ........... I'm a lvl 65 SK and with 8 of those bags and full gear I'm only carrying 48 stones at any given time ......... Enjoy

Why would monks want FT5 anyway, they should switch these requirements with the Gearshard, thats the one i would want as a monk.

The lowest weight (as of now unless it gets nerfed or something of that nature) to achieve the max stats on this charm is 50 stone. Fat monks rejoice.

at =>51 the stats go down

I did not care to play with my copper any more, but it seeme to keep its mana regen well beyond that. Even at 100 stone, it kept +4 mana regen.
