Grats to whoever else was lucky enough to get one of these.I use it alot when agro kiting,the effect doesent last long on any mob but I tend to think of it as more of a stunlike clicky then anything else.I recommed people try for this hard next time fables are up in vt.As it stands now Im betting there are less then 10 of these on each server.

Unfortunately, becuase they don't change the spawn times for the fabled mobs, one guild gets a lock on the mobs and everyone else is screwed.
They should have upped the spawn rate for the fabled.
Emp in ssra drops a really nice fabled shield of mental fortitude. One of the best back slot items in the game. Sadly, some guild killed it, and got it again on each repop since it was still a once-a-week repop. No one else had a chance.

personally i liked it somewhat. It was nice to race against other guilds again like the old days, back when you had to compete over mobs (anyone remember racing to PoEarth when servers would come back up?!)
