The best way to learn the game is to go to the tutorial zone. You learn just about everything there, how to do trade skills, doing quests, killing mobs, fighting solo and with groups then when you reach lvl 10 go out into the big wide world of norrath and have fun. When you are finished with the tutorial a good idea is to join a guild where high lvl members will give you all the help you need. Im not biased at all but 'The Weavers of Destiny' is a good guild with very helpful members. Hope this helps.
