Looted one today off the red warbone spearman in Lavastorm. Hadn't seen him pop before... and I had been killing a lot along the south wall of the zone.
Is it me or is the name of this item rather suggestive?
Usually only see it in spell components like Words of bondage, words of grappling, or words of stimulation. Those horny necromancers.

I got one off a warbone spearman in lavastorm, reddish color skellie. Killed in a few hits at level 43, it also dropped a bone shield (8ac 8sv disease)

i looted one of these and a lg bone shield off a skeletal spearman in lavastorm mountains, not the warlord as indicated above, possibly drops off both these skellies and the monk version that drops the bonefingered gloves are damn damn rare spawns heh. seen twice as many lesser nightmares then skellies spawn
