I am a 69th lvl Monk with full Eleborate Defiant Leather gear. With a Cloudy Energeian Earth Orb on in the power source slot I get increase's in stats as follows:

HP - 95
End - 95
AC - 28
Wis - 4
Int - 3
Cha - 22
MR - 4
FR - 4
CR - 4
Pr - 92
DR - 102

The orb shows a power drain of 18s. One orb lasts quite a while not sure on time but will make an edit on this post when I start a fresh one.
