Obviously, this thing is a POS now. BABS, which I bought for 30p is FAR superior. 24dam/39del

well, seeing as max bank capacity is 450k, that'd be a little bit of a challenge eh?
What the...?

Where are these people getting prices from? I could see these weapon stats being decent for a caster 2HB weapon, but this weapon is WAR, PAL, RNG only.

The protections are nice but not worth exchanging for the ratio.

As it is, you will likely be able to sell to under 20's only. Which means, you better offer a low price. I could see a decent price being 30-40pp.

Even then, forget the protections and +4 char, you won't use them very much at low levels anyway. Just buy a nice Axe of the Iron Back and sell this baby at a vendor.

Unfortunately, many lower level players don't pay much attention to saves. This does not mean they are not important. I was lucky enough at about level 5 to get ahold of several pieces of split paw armor, since most people thought the ac was too low. With this armor, a collar of undead protection, and a few other pieces, I had poison resist over 70. Never once did I have to run to the tunnel begging to be cured after some asp, or giant spider poisoned me. Similarly, an intelligent player, with the right magic resist gear, has much less to fear from the dreaded evil eye charm. This weapon, paired with an SSB, and a cleric buff, would be a great start. Maybe not what you would use in all settings, but a good choice for a trip to beholders maze, or even befallen.

Hehe if you look at the pricing data you'll see that some jackass posted 1000p a bunch of times. Don't ever trust the average price, inspect the individual prices posted so you can disregard all the kiddies that post also.

I hope the nitwits that posted the billions of PP prices get banned, the 1kpp price repeated COULD be a mistake.

More seriously, this is a weapon with decent stats and, as a bonus, nice resists, but I don't expect that it'll sell for much more than 200pp.
