Go to the west side of the zone, statue room, there are 7 sort of piles of whatever on the ground, stand on it a second and you'll get an update and a mob to spawn, you have to kill the mob cause it drops a page, some reason the update is a step too early, at least it was at the end of Feb. after killing / looting yer pages you have to kill 4 - 8 mobs of i think it was 6 dif mob types.
