Ruins of Kunark
Still drops. Snagged one today from Milyex. Might come in handy when other clickies with similar effect are on 3 minute cooldown or outright resisted. No refresh timer on combat proc :)

Daakar, you fool, this isn't even an iksar weapon, its the fang of a dragon. Razor Fang of Xygoz would mean its his fang, moron, not an iksar made weapon unless they stole his teeth without him noticing and made weapons from it, and then returning the fang to him, which i consider about a 40% likelihood at best.

the proc is a personal mark of karn spell, it gives you about 5hp everytime you hit the mob it lands on with your main hand.
Ive had it land on the Dain, the statue and sontalak, i havent used it on many other mobs, its been banked for quite awhile.
And it does not stack with mark of karn.

Ive also experienced something weird while using this weapon, it happened 2 or 3 times in tov and only when i was using the fang, i was at full or near full hp and got a message that i was pierced by thorns and was killed instantly, not postive it was the weapon but it only happened when i was using it and the proc is a sort of damage shield.

Was a bug i think, for your edit part, happened to me once randomly...you are struck by pain...i died instantly
