if this is aoe proc then it will suck for a bard if there is a group of enimies, he will take agro from the adds and be killed, 2nd the ratio on this wepon sucks terribly, a 3.6? even with the proc that ratio makes this wepon not worth it.

This proc is one of the wizard's line of proximity spells. It radiates out from the caster will hit all of the creatures immediatly around them. I asssume it works the same way when procing, in that it will hit all the creatures within your melee range.

Nice weapon for a bard. Procs at 20 which is an AoE that does 28 dmg a round. See them for 500pp on Bertoxx.
Keep hearing a lot about the proc, but a delay of 18 is a pretty fine delay on a 5 dmg weapon. I'm not of sufficient level yet to command this thing, but I'm kind of happy about that at the moment. For now it's just a speedy little weapon.

This proc is a 28 hit point AOE proc, it is not a DD spell, thus it can hit more than one creature. This is an awesome weapon fer any body who wants to twink there bard because of the relativly early proc lvl (it proc'd fer me at 22). I weild this and Sainy's Claws (fer the 10 ac) and I wouldnt trade either of them fer anything!!!! Great weapon, ive used it and it doesnt seem to taunt to much (just make sure on pulls with adds you dont stand to close to mezzed monsters). So twinking bards, go out and get one today, youll thank me later. (And if your not twinking buy one any ways! its a great weapon!!

Anyone know what level it procs? also, what is the dmg the proc does?

I have one and read somewhere the proc is a 22hp DD. But in between my spam (I'm a Bard) I'm seeing a DD proc for 28hp at 43rd lvl.

it was given one by somebody saying it proced for him at lvl 22. at lvl 27 it s doing 28hp.

It Processes at level 20, and Fingers of Fire is an Area Effect spell that always does 28 damage.
Nice weapon for soloing or when your in a group with an overpull, but it angers the mob and pisses off your enchanter because it'll break mez :)
