I con kindly to blacksail smugglers faction with geire in buried sea, Equip this in range and....BINGO.. warmly
My only question is ..does it give me more faction when i do quest turn in ..or is just give a certain percentage when buying stuff
PS when i unequip aviak totem.. it goes back to kindly

look at the item.
whenever you have the item equipped, it acts the same way that the Collaboration spell would, the item grants a raw boost to the blacksail smugglers faction. As to exactly how much, I'm not certain.
neither. It grants a fixed amount to the blacksail smugglers faction, not a percentage, and it does not increase the amount of faction points you get for completing missions.

You can still get this, and other gifts, by purchasing "EverQuest: The Anniversary Edition."
You can now get the rewards if you buy the anniversary expansion .. unless you ahe claimed any before you will get all rewards offered with all previous expansions

With the anniversary edition, you do get these. but if you already bought the digital download, i guess you need to decide if 20 bucks is worth a couple claim items =)
