never seen this drop after 50+ Tunare kills on live, or in era on three different TLP servers. magelo doesn't even have it listed in their database.
if you've seen this drop recently, please upload a recent picture. personally i believe it was replaced by Braid of Golden Hair.

It was - this only dropped on the 1st ever Tunare kill, iirc.

A weapon might proc after one second or it might not proc throughout the entire battle. It all depends on your luck.
Of course there are weapons which have a higher proc-rate than your average weapon but those are rare and the only two I actually know are the Blasphemous Blade of the Exiled and the Bloodfrenzy.

If it's anything like the other weapons Tunare drops or the other weapons that also share the same proc, it will be level 55.

but aint no way this better than warrior epic, OP is dead wrong on this. This weapon itself is kind of trash for a warrior of this era and definitely more of a bard weapon. Warrior epic also procs hate which during those days was essential to maintain aggro. This dot is not going to out aggro warrior epics, ever.
also the stats are terrible comparing it against the other drops from the same mob and the person saying "easier than warrior epic" is mad bonkers b/c Tunare was a long fight and certainly a warrior at this point would have their epics and would not even bother rolling on this, considering it doesn't even drop (1st drop was from 1st kill and since removed) it's not really debatable. The weapon was bad statically and removed when compared from the same drop table / mob / difficulty

I strongly disagree...at the level that warriors will be getting they're epic (about 60ish) and then the level required to get this (like 63-65), the warrior epic is MUCH better...plus, who cares about this stupid proc, it sucks, 50 damage a tick? Psh..At lvl 65 (which again, is the level you would be gettin this wep) 50 damage a tick is nothin. PLUS, this thing has like no stats, and trust me, I think alot of warriors would MUCH rather have their epic than this piece o poo...just my 2cp...
the level needed to do this isn't 63-65.. this plane was cleared when 60 was the max level
hello, and not to be a flamer, but ur just wrong. i am a ranger ( i know i cant use this one) and i know use the sap encrusted branch, and the golden braid of hair, (the hair i got first) when i was useing just hair and swifty, i had the same proc in mian had as this sword here, and i never took aggro unless i wanted it. the proc is aggro for sure, but if ur high enough to get this ur high enough to group with good tanks. for a rog in off hand this should be fine, since it would be kinda hard, cuase of BS dmg and if the proc went as well might be hard for a tank, but not impossible. for a bard though, i would say this would make a fine primary to go with epic, it wouldnt be to much aggro i can tell u that for sure. (btw with branch and whip, now that can be to much aggro i know for sure)

its not a good rogue weapon, its a warrior weapon due to the fact of the proc. This particular proc causes massive agro... I for one evade like a mad man, but its a waste for any other class then a warrior.

Most people able to drop Tunare wouldn't be caught dead wielding this.

OK this is a great weapon but if you are UBER enough to drop tunare that means the classes who can use this blade are going to certainly have thier epics and as far as i can tell the epics beat the pants off of this. Well I can see it in a Rogues 2nd mele but not as an sk or bard weap. Most times it will probly go to a rogue or just rot if the piecer or bard weap drop

Actually, this is better than the Warrior Epic by a longshot.
Better than niether actually only the dmg/del combo is better not the effect or stats personally I can take 2 14.24 over this it's only .3 of a second difference and the warr epics have much better effects+stats.
