It states to bring it to your guild master.... I ran about Pok (where I got the quest) giving it to the Cleric guildmasters, none of them wanted it. Hit "Origin" and tried the clerics in Rivervale.... none wanted until I handed to Beek Guinders.

i'd like to let everyone know that drakkin can NOT do these quests
To get this note you do the "Misty Shrouds (Fourth Trial)" Task.
I did the task for this one but forgot to take note of the reward until now.
As it stands turning in this note to your GM will yield the following:
Human Shadowknight - Dismal Knight Helm
Wood Elf Ranger - Trueshot Chainmail Coif
Wood Elf Druid - Cap of the Leafrunner
Vah Shir Rogue - Taruun Helmet
